Sun Mountain Food Works has a certified
Better Process Control School technician
on site to ensure the integrity of every
batch.
Some of the tests we perform in house
for product consistency and safety are:
- pH analysis
- brix analysis
- viscosity
We also maintain a close partnership with
a fully certified laboratory for more
involved testing such as: salt analysis,
incubation, titration, and plate counts
to name a few. We are available for nutritional
analysis and ingredient statements too.
At Sun Mountain, every batch is tested
for specific control guidelines prior
to packing in any container. Fill line
checks are also conducted.
Every 15 minutes, line technicians check
cap integrity, pull down vacuum, fill
weights, and fill temps, etc.
Sun Mountain Food Works is licensed with
the Texas Department of Health for quality
control and product integrity and follows
HACCP and GMP guidelines for quality assurance.
We are also an associate member of "Go
Texan".
